Management Team
  • Vitali Kõllomets
    MRICS, CEO
    Founder and CEO of Skala Capital. Vitali has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate across the Baltics, including a senior role as country manager at a major regional real estate consultancy, where he advised real estate funds, large property owners, and banks. He subsequently led real estate restructuring and portfolio recovery for a major Estonian bank during the post-Lehman downturn, before founding Skala Capital. He holds the MRICS designation and oversees the group’s strategy and financial management.
  • Hardi Mäe
    COO
    COO of Skala Capital. Hardi brings over 20 years of operational experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on technical management and tenant relations. He has led facility management teams and overseen large-scale real estate portfolios at several well-known regional firms, consistently resolving operational challenges that previous management had considered intractable.
  • Merli Oago
    CFO
    CFO of Skala Capital. Merli has 15 years of financial management experience, including senior audit roles at a Big Four firm where she was responsible for the audits of some of Estonia’s largest companies. She built the Group’s accounting and financial reporting infrastructure from inception and holds a licensed auditor designation.
