Group Overview
Skala Capital is a Baltic commercial real estate investment group based in Tallinn. We own and manage 13 income-generating properties in Estonia and Latvia — over €110 million in value and 70,000 m² of leasable area across retail, stock office, industrial and office segments. Our focus is on modern, cash flow generating assets held for the long term, leased to a diversified base of more than 200 tenants at consistently high occupancy. The Group has been profitable every year since it began operations in 2020.
