Skala Capital is a privately owned property management company focusing on investments into commercial real estate assets in the Baltic States. Today our portfolio includes assets in retail, office, industrial, and stock-office segments in Estonia and Latvia. We follow value-add investment strategy and also engage in development projects.

Each key member of our team has 10-20 year professional experience in real estate or finance from major players in the market. Our CEO also holds MRICS certification, which is an internationally recognized quality mark in real estate market.

Besides managing own portfolio, we plan to offer also discretionary investments management services for medium and large property owners.
