Skala Holding OÜ files audited annual report for 2025
Skala Holding OÜ has filed its consolidated annual report for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The report was audited by Ernst & Young Baltic AS, continuing the Group's record of clean audit opinions since inception.
As of year-end, the Group's portfolio comprised 13 commercial properties in Estonia and Latvia, with 70,000 m² of leasable area across the retail, stock office, industrial and office segments, leased to over 200 tenants.
